At Exeedme, gaming is our passion, but community is our focus. We are taking every step in development considering the feedback of users, most of whom are experienced lifetime players and members of similar crypto communities with valuable insights into how the ideal platform should work.
We’ve distributed a feedback form for all players that were on the Beta test Tournament — so everybody could have a voice and contribute actively to building this platform. We’ve collected and processed this feedback and want to ensure that we are sharing it with the community.
We truly appreciated the positive feedback we received, such as: “Everything was awesome.”; “The veto felt good and the integration of the live stats was nice.” This is something we are deeply invested in on the platform; ensuring that all players can access their performance and improve it as they continue playing (and earning) more.
Also, knowing that the “NFTs marketplace looks amazing”, is reaffirming as it is one of the largest differentiators of Exeedme; together with the “Ease of getting the ($XED) tokens on my personal wallet,” that represents the future of gaming on our platform — to make $XED while you play.
Our gamers seemed to love the CS:GO integration and even compared it to FaceIt as “easier to understand and better looking!” We were really pleased that pretty much everyone mentioned the user experience as “user-friendly and intuitive,” especially as this feedback also comes from pro-gamers with extensive experience using other CS:GO competition platforms, as well as from day-to-day gamers, our “hobbyists,” and relentless members of our Exeedme community.
We are grateful and encouraged by all of this positive feedback, and now we look towards what can be improved to bring this platform up to an excellent level.
Our team is paying close attention to the functionalities that need to be improved in the next round of development. Some feedback received included the way that the way the players leave the game after it ends is abrupt and could be smoother, as well as the connection of Metamask to the wallet. Regarding some functionalities inside the platform, we received the feedback that the veto system was not straightforward for everyone. Our talented and committed dev team is already working on addressing these issues with the goal of delivering a platform that is simple, clear, and fair for players of all skill levels.
To further gauge our own performance and determine how this platform is resonating with current and potential users, we underwent evaluation using the Net Promoter Score. Using this industry standard score, we can more easily identify customer experience weak points. We are pleased to share that our NPS score is currently 84.6%, reflecting a high on average customer loyalty with some areas to be improved. We are committed to improving the user experience and delivering the highest quality platform to all of our users.
