Welcome back, gamers!

Another huge week for crypto and for NFTs all around! The excitement of the Beta Tournament is still with us, but we are now gearing up for the real thing. Remember that the Beta Tournament alone turned out 7,500 viewers and over 1,000 peak viewers. This week we were happy to announce the Exeedme Blockchain CS:GO Tournament, a new style of live gaming event where crypto projects will face off for glory and tokens! Each team will pledge $200 worth of their native token to the prize pool and the winning team will take home the mix of tokens and five new exclusive pieces of NFT gaming artwork. This time we also have more in store for our audience who will get the opportunity to take home some special prizes just by showing up and engaging in the livestreamed AMAs.

As we announced last week, we reduced the time frame to be eligible for the liquidity program this first month and added the NFT multiplier effect, meaning that every wallet containing one of our gold medals will double the value of the liquidity provided on Uniswap for rewards purposes. Right now those who won the Beta Tournament hold the gold medals, but there are already some bids coming in. This is a reflection of its intrinsic value combined with a slick piece of artwork. Interestingly, none was sold as current holders keep the belief that this can continue to appreciate in value and remain as a piece of esports history. We are excited to see how this nascent market keeps evolving!

As our platform and community continue to grow and develop, we continue to attract great partners who can help us in achieving our vision. Two partnerships were announced this week, the first with Ocean Protocol and the second with the ChainGuardians. Ocean Protocol has long been on our radar in the data space as they are driving the technology forward with their innovative Ocean Market app and compute-to-data model, reducing the risks of selling private information by securely storing it for 3rd parties to analyze, but not own and sell off to other parties. With their datatokens and passion for security, this partnership will create a breakthrough opportunity to allow gamers to monetize their gaming data.

Our second partnership this week reflects our serious intention to make this a professional grade gaming platform. ChainGuardians are our peers in creating a platform that enables player-driven economies. Within their space, players can engage in a free-to-play NFT Mining Platform and a Role-Playing Game that allows players to earn as they play. As their COO Robbie Cochrane stated: “We’d been long mulling over opportunities to allow user to add extra excitement into their game through betting on their own victory; and the Exeedme team are well on their way to empowering users to monetise their skills without the need to be a professional e-sports player which is vital for enabling play2earn economies.” We really look forward to growing together and shaping our platforms for the future.

Finally, we close with reminding you that our development team is hard at work fine tuning the platform to ensure it is ready for the next live tournament and all towards making the experience the best it can possibly be for gamers! Until next week… happy gaming!

Best, The Exeedme Team
