The Weekly Ladders have already begun
We’ve always made it a point to reward gamers, that’s the entire reason we’re in this endeavor. Now, we’ve figured out a way to make it even more rewarding to put your heart and soul into your gaming.
Here’s how the ladders work, straight from our article:
“Each gamer plays matches against similarly ranked players. If you win, you move up the ladder. If you lose, you move down. You have to keep playing. The more you win, the more you climb! Even if you win your first ten matches, if you just stop playing, your 100% win record will not save you. Everyone else will just keep climbing all around you.”
Exciting, right? If you haven’t joined yet, the ladders start back up every week, so it’s never too late.
The first round of staking went LIIIIIIIVE
This one had been coming for a while, and we’re so glad we’re able to provide it to all of you. This is a pretty straightforward staking mechanism that will allow everyone who trusted $XED and put their money into our project to get rewarded for their faith.
Staking is when you deposit a fixed amount of a given cryptocurrency (in this case $XED) into a pool, which is then locked for a period of time. As time goes by, you earn rewards for keeping the tokens locked. The goal is to take the currency off the market and generate scarcity.
With everyone’s collaboration, 2,500,000 $XED were staked, which was a huge success.
There will surely be more opportunities in the future, so stay tuned!
